We are based in Perth and work across the metropolitan area. Most day to day problems are handled remotely, and when something needs hands on the machine we come to you.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Support runs month to month. There is no minimum term and no exit fee, so if we stop being useful you can stop at any time.
How quickly will you respond?

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Do you only support Microsoft products?
Microsoft 365 and Teams are what most Perth small businesses run, so that is the bulk of our work. We look after the rest of the setup too: computers, networks, printers, backups and your website.
